Discretion is the core of our work. This policy explains how Obsidian Helm (operated by IT Cares Canada) handles the limited information you share.

1. Our promise of discretion

We never sell, rent or share your personal information. Client identities are confidential and held under NDA. Internal access is restricted to the senior operators serving you.

2. What we collect

• Details you submit in a request (name, email, phone, message).
• Basic technical logs (IP, timestamp) for security.

3. How we use it

Solely to review your request, reply privately, and—if we engage—deliver our services. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on your enquiry.

4. Storage & security

Requests are transmitted to info@obsidianhelm.com and stored on secured infrastructure. We retain only what is necessary.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time via info@obsidianhelm.com.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment data.
